  1. Get in touch either by phone, email or chat. We will get to know each other better.

  2. We will recommend a therapist and set up an initial video call (audio if you prefer).
    Note: Your time with our therapist is highly confidential and sessions are never recorded.

  3. Found the therapist for you? We can book you in again. If you are still searching, let us help you find another better-suited match.

  4. You will pay online via bank transfer to the therapist at the end of your second session and any sessions thereafter. 
    Note: The first session with a therapist is free.
