All of our therapy sessions are hosted online via Zoom. Each therapist we work with offers the first session free, giving you the ability to find the therapist you feel most comfortable with.

Therapy is built on trust. Once you feel at ease with your therapist, we will offer you a simple re-booking process, allowing you to re-book as many times as you need.
